Yoga is the perfect exercise for seniors, both men and women – a gentle series of movements to suit all ages and stages in life. Based on the traditional Hatha Yoga System our specialised approach to Yoga is suited to the over 40’s and beginners alike. Everybody participating regularly in a yoga class will feel the benefits of improved health and well-being.

Hatha Yoga postures and good breathing exercises develops flexibility and stamina. Even one class a week will promote a positive approach to life and will leave you empowered, rejuvenated and relaxed. Regular practice will promote a more positive approach to life; can make you feel calmer and more relaxed in mind and body.

Yoga4Seniors classes are currently found in the Bromley and Sevenoaks area and we are working closely together with Sevenoaks District Council’s Choosing Health Co-ordinator and Westkent Housing Association.
